We offer professional sales and marketing services to all healthcare professionals in Botswana as well as Tele-sales and Pharmacy Front Shop Assistants training.

Orthopedic and Surgical Marketing

In addition to marketing activities the company has a team of qualified scrub nurses who assist surgeons with laparoscopic and orthopedic procedures in theatre.

State Tender Business

Government business plays an integral role in the industry. Visibility Marketing not only provides necessary advice and guidelines required for State tendering but also keeps alert for tenders and buyouts.

In Field PSR Management

We provide field support to our Professional Sales Representatives (PSR's). This includes organizing Continued Medical Education Events, workshops as well as ensuring accreditation processes are followed.

Office Space and Facilitates

Visibility Marketing provides full office services and storage for promotional materials. Our office space and facilities include boardrooms for customer small group meetings.

Regulatory Services

The company turn-key provides technical regulatory support including dossier screening, submission, records maintenance&monitoring and follow up. We act as a local pharmacovigilance representative and offer in-house dossier compilation according to Botswana's Medicines Authority standards.

WHO ARE WE?

Visibility Marketing (Pty) Ltd is a Botswana registered 100% citizen owned company that focuses on pharmaceutical, surgical and orthopedic marketing in Botswana. Our mandate is to assist local, regional and international companies to enter the Botswana market and grow their product sales in the country.

The company opened its doors as Visibility Marketing in January 2013 transitioning from Webu Investments that had been operating for nearly 12 years under the leadership of Mrs. Buyani Tlale who has been in the industry since 1999. Collectively, the Visibility Marketing team's medical and marketing experience spans just over 80 years, including promotion of products from various disease entities including cardiovascular, endocrinology, vaccinology, oncology, immunology, infectious diseases and HIV.

Visibility Marketing operates under a solid management platform that is based on ethics and the values of professionalism, integrity, reliability and timeliness. We have over the years built excellent relationships and a good reputation in the industry. Our network includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses and pharmaceutical distributors across the country as well as government departments, Central Medical Stores, the Drug Regulatory Unit, Public Health and Policy makers in the various departments of the Ministry of Health. These relationships combined with our management platform provide us the pillars to remain committed to our company values; and with that we provide our award winning service.
